Coconut Kale Smoothie 

If you’re not used to green smoothies, this recipe is a great introduction. It’s mild, it’s creamy, full of alkalizing greens, healthy fats, immune modulating colostrum, and collagen protein, and it’s the most delicious smoothie that I’ve had to date.

Coconut Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 heaping Tbsp coconut butter
2 frozen bananas
2 scoops of collagen powder
2 scoops colostrum powder
2 large handfuls shredded kale
1 chopped date
2 cups water

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth.
