Third Eye Slaw

I love this slaw! It’s spicy, a little tart, and a little sweet.

1/2 head purple cabbage
2 carrots
2 radishes
1/3 cup raisins
1/2 cup Just Mayo Mayonnaise
2 tsp ground mustard powder
4 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
1 tsp coconut sugar
sprinkle of salt
crack of black pepper


Grate the cabbage, carrot, and radish. (I recommend you use a food processor for the vegetables. It’s kind of a bitch to grate them by hand.) Sprinkle them with salt and set it aside.

Combine the mayonaise, mustard, raw apple cider vinegar, coconut sugar, and black pepper in a small bowl. Then, add the sauce to the slaw. Store in the refrigerator. It’s even better the next day.
