Green Soup to Start the Day

Green Soup

  • Servings: 3
  • Time: 10 min
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Print

Ingredients:
6 cups grassfed bone broth
3 collard leafs, stems removed and chopped
6 chard leaves, chopped
6 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Simmer all ingredients for about 8 minutes. Remove the bay leaf and puree the soup in a blender.
