Ingredients:

4 lbs grassfed beef short ribs (I bought mine from US Wellness Meats)
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp salt
black pepper
1/2 tsp garam masala
6 peaches, quartered
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 inch fresh turmeric, grated (or 1/4 tsp ground turmeric)
1 Tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
1 chopped Medjool Date

Directions:

Cut the Short Ribs in half and rub them with the coconut oil, salt, a few cracks of black pepper, and garam masala. Place the short ribs in a pressure cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients and pressure cook for 50 minutes. Allow for a natural release.
