Unicorn Fuel

Mary Shenouda, the Paleo Chef, introduced me to Unicorn Fuel a few months ago. This is my version of the recipe on her website. This diary-free latte is packed with anti-oxidant rich foods, healthy fats, and protein. It takes a few more minutes to make than an average cup of joe, but the flavor, and health benefits, and that froth! — totally worth the time.

Make Good Food's Version of Paleo Chef's Unicorn Fuel

  • Servings: 4 mugs

Unicorn Fuel
Unicorn Fuel

2 cups brewed coffee
2 cups Dandy Blend
4 tsp MCT oil
2 tsp grassfed ghee
2 tsp cacao butter
2 tsp maca powder
2 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 chopped organic medjool dates
2 Tbsp grass-fed hydrolyzed collagen powder


While your Dandy Blend and coffee are brewing, place all other ingredients in a high speed blender. Add the coffee and Dandy Blend and blend on high for about 30 seconds, then serve.
