How to Brew Coffee in a French Press

Ingredients:
2 heaping Tbsp ground coffee
10 oz boiling water

Directions:

Pour the boiling water over the coffee grounds in a French press. Put the lid on the carafe to keep the coffee hot while steeping, but leave the plunger at the top, unpressed. The brew time varies, depending on how strong you like your coffee. I brew mine for 4 minutes. When finished brewing, press the plunger to the bottom of the carafe. This pushes the grounds to the bottom and keeps them out of the way while pouring. Serve immediately, or pour into a container and store in the refrigerator for making iced coffee (will stay fresh for 1 day).
