Tender Tummy Soup

Ingredients:

2 cups bone broth (I used chicken)
1 summer squash, chopped
1/2 zucchini, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp fresh thyme
1/4 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
1 tsp fresh chopped sage
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions:

Place all ingredients except for the fresh herbs and olive oil in a small pot, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer to a high speed blender and add the fresh herbs. Blend until smooth. Turn the blender speed to low and slowly drizzle the olive oil into the blender. The soup will slightly thicken. Serve immediatey.

Note: I make a pretty mean bone broth. It’s rich, thick, and shiny with fat. If your bone broth is a little leaner, you might like to add another 2 tsp of olive oil.
