Tangy Purple Cauliflower

Ingredients:

Organic Purple Cauliflower

1 cup purple cauliflower
5 cloves pressed garlic
1/2 tsp pressed ginger
squeeze of lemon
1 Tbsp chopped chives
2 tsp coconut oil
2 tsp plum une vinegar
1 tsp honey
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Wash cauliflower and tear florets into small pieces. Make the sauce by whisking together all ingredients except cauliflower in a mixing bowl. Then add cauliflower pieces and toss in sauce until completely glazed. Roast for 20 minutes.
