Ingredients:

12 oz canned salmon
3 eggs
1/4 minced onion
1 small grated carrot
2 Tbsp diced chives
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp salt
6 Tbsp almond flour
2 tsp coconut flour
1 Tbsp coconut oil (for frying)

Directions:

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except for the coconut oil and combine. From this mixture, form 10 round cakes. Heat coconut oil on medium high heat for 2 minutes. Fry the salmon patties for 4 minutes on each side. Serve with a salad.
