Vegan Grain-Free Pie Crust

Grain-Free, Sugar-free Pie Crust.


1.5 chopped dates
1 cup shredded coconut
1 heaping cup almond flour
2 Tbsp shortening


Process all ingredients in a food processor and press into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 F for 12 minutes. Allow to cool.

This recipe works best with no-bake pies, like this one.
