Cashew Sour Cream
1/2 cup Cultured Cashew Cream
juice of 1/2 small lemon (about 2.5 Tbsp)
1/2 tsp salt (more if desired)
1/2 tsp honey
Stir ingredients together with a spoon. Depending on the age of the cultured cashew cream, this can keep in the refrigerator for about one and a half weeks.
